Living Records Template - Rinjii - 08-18-2026

The Living Records

The Living Records serve as the official record of each Tamer's journey and progression throughout Calpheon Wilds.
Once a character has been approved, staff will create a Living Record for them. Players are free to view their own and other characters' records, but Living Records are maintained and updated by staff and cannot be edited by players.

As a Tamer gains skills, obtains equipment and resources, completes trials, captures Pokémon, and progresses through the Wilds, their record will grow alongside them.

What's in a Living Record?
Each character's Living Record is divided into four posts:

Character Profile
A quick reference containing the Tamer's basic information and a link to their approved Character Application.
Inventory
A record of the Tamer's current equipment, supplies, gathered resources, harvested materials, and other possessions.
Skills & Progression
Tracks the Tamer's current skill levels, progress toward advancement, Starter Trial completion, and significant accomplishments.
Pokémon Profiles
Contains an individual record for every Pokémon belonging to the Tamer, beginning with their starter Pokémon.

Beginning Records
Every newly approved Tamer begins with:
  • Their chosen starter Pokémon
  • Plant-fiber woven satchel
  • Buizel-hide waterskin
  • Plant-fiber bedroll
  • All skills at Level 0
  • All six Starter Trials incomplete
As the character progresses through their Starter Trials and eventually ventures into the greater Wilds, staff will update their Living Record to reflect what they have learned, earned, crafted, gathered, captured, or otherwise obtained through play.

The Living Records serve as the official reference for character progression and possessions throughout the game.
